Featured pricing FAQs
- Do I need a free listing before Featured?
- Yes. Claim or submit your company on Get Listed first so we can verify your license and wet-chemical work. After you are in the directory, purchase Featured for the metro you want to promote.
- What is a metro?
- One Featured subscription covers one metro (for example Dallas or Houston). You appear Featured on that city’s pages and related brand pages for companies serving that metro. Need more than one metro? Email hoodinspect@agentmail.to.
- When does Featured go live after I pay?
- We flip Featured on manually for now. Expect your listing to show the Featured badge and top placement within 1–2 business days after payment. Include your company name and metro in the Stripe checkout notes when prompted.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Monthly and yearly Featured subscriptions can be canceled anytime through the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt email. Featured placement ends when the paid period ends.
- Is this for hood cleaning companies?
- No. HoodInspect only lists wet-chemical kitchen fire suppression inspectors (NFPA 17A/96). Hood cleaning, sprinkler-only, and extinguisher-only companies are not eligible for free or Featured listings.
- What does Featured include?
- A Featured badge on your listing, priority placement at the top of city and brand pages for that metro, and listing edit control so you can keep contact and service details accurate.
